AVERAGE ADJUSTMENT
We have traditionally been an Average Adjusting Company. The preparation of claims under marine hull insurance policies form a major part of our work. All manner of claims resulting from the many and varied insured perils and risks are dealt with by us, as related to: Total Loss - Actual or Constructive, or for Partial Loss - Particular or General Average, Salvage, Sue and Labour, Claims under the Running Down Clause, Recoveries, Loss of Hire Claims etc.


P&I CLUB REPRESENTATION
Our long experience in marine claims has taught us that early response to any incident or casualty is crucial to the successful handling of any claim. Initial advices upon receipt of news of a casualty, coordination with all the concerned parties, e.g. the Club, surveyors, technical experts, lawyers etc. and the gathering of all the relevant documents and information are undertaken by us in handling of claims involving cargo, crew, collision, pollution, salvage,wreck removal etc.


CLAIMS CONSULTANCY
Aside from claims management, we also offer advisory service covering many other important aspects of the shipping and insurance industries.

   •   We prepare comparative studies on various marine hull policies and clauses that abound in the market.
   •   We have access to a resource network of marine surveyors, consultants and lawyers to respond to our clients' needs.


EDUCATION
We are committed to the development of professional standards and correct principles in marine claims. We realize that our work can be made easier if the involved parties are made aware of their rights and obligations under the diversified contractual relationships. This is why we engage in continuing education projects. We are regular lecturers to the Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific. We have also given lectures to other Philippine organizations such as MARINA, Maritime Lawyers Association, Asian Institute of Management, National Maritime Polytechnic and The Nautical Institute.
